From pre-trip to backing to on the road driving. You will know not only know the how, but the why you are operate a commercial vehicle safely , and be very successful doing it. “DTR Mastery System.”
Is a High School Diploma or GED required to attend DTR School of Trucking in Las Vegas?
No, high School diploma or Ged Is not needed to begin you Successful Trucking Career
Although, If you are seeking financial aid, one of them may be required.
Does DTR School of Trucking offer online classes?
DTR offers ELDT online Classes (Entry Level Driver Training.) Behind the wheel training must be taken in person.
I have prior felony convictions. Will I be denied financial aid or employment?
No, you will not be denied .The Trucking Industry requires many drivers and there is a big Shortage of drivers. Drivers are the Back Bone and Industry Leaders that provide the economy with everything we need to survive. Felony are not a deal breaker.
What programs does DTR School of Trucking offer?
We offer a 3 week class CDL program
We offer a 1 week Bus passenger program
We offer a 1 week Truck class B program
We offer a 1 week 10 hour class A refresher
We offer a 2 week 20 hour class A refresher
We offer CDL restriction removal and we have hourly training
What are the requirements to attend DTR School of Trucking?
To attend DTR all you need is a valid driver’s license and we will do the rest.
I am interested in earning a Class A or B CDL at DTR School of Trucking, but I do not want to quit my job. Can you coordinate with my work schedule?
Yes we can Coordinate. DTR has many CDL Services to get you on your way. We have day and evening courses, as well as, part time courses. No matter your schedule, we’ll work on getting you your CDL..
I am a military veteran. Is there a special program? What is the requirement?
Yes–veterans and their spouses receive priority services.. Veterans may also be able to use GI Bill benefits to pay for their Class A or B CDL training.
How do I sign up for in-house financing?
To Sign up for In-house financing, you should make an appointment to see our administrators. They will get you started in your new Career.
How long are your courses?
Our full Class A CDL program is 3 weeks long. If you have your CDL permit, we offer a 1 week refresher.
